This policy explains how Soarcery, Inc. ("Soarcery", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on the soarcery.ai website. It works alongside our privacy policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work the same way. They can be set by the site you visit ("first-party") or by another service the page uses ("third-party"), and can last for a single session or longer.

Our approach

We keep this deliberately minimal. This marketing site does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. We do not run third-party marketing or behavioral-advertising trackers here.

What we use

• Strictly necessary. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may set essential cookies, such as a bot-management cookie, to keep the site secure and available. These do not track you for advertising and cannot be switched off without affecting the site.
• Preferences. We may use local storage to remember small choices you make (for example, a layout preference) so the site behaves as you expect. This stays on your device.
• Analytics. If you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we load PostHog to understand which pages are useful. See the Analytics section below for detail.

Analytics

With your consent, we use PostHog to understand which pages are useful, at an aggregate level. PostHog is a product analytics provider; on this site it records page views, basic usage events, and session replays (a reconstruction of how a visitor moves through the page: scrolls, clicks, and navigation). Anything you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser and is not part of the recording. PostHog stores identified profiles only for accounts we already recognize (for example, someone signed in to the app).

Requests go to PostHog's US host, us.i.posthog.com. Nothing loads until you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner; if you choose "Essential only", or make no choice, no request to PostHog is ever made from this site. You can change your choice at any time from the "Manage" link in the banner or by clearing your browser's local storage for soarcery.ai, which shows the banner again on your next visit.

Fonts and embedded content

We load web fonts from Google Fonts to render the site. This means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch the fonts, which involves your IP address; Google states it does not set cookies for font requests. Pages that embed third-party content may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by that provider's policy.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set most browsers to refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works. Browser help pages explain how to manage cookies for your specific browser.
